The expat-run estate agent donated the boat trip to last year’s El Valle Golf Charity Auction
It's not every day that you get to combine a beautiful day on the water with a good deed, but that's exactly what happened when Murcia Services took the winner of a charity auction on a boat trip this week.
The prize was donated by Murcia Services to last year's El Valle Golf Charity Auction, which raised an impressive 7,000 euros for Aspermur, a local charity that supports young people with Asperger syndrome.
The sun-kissed day on the water was a resounding success, with everyone on board having a fantastic time. The group gave special thanks go to Restaurante Escuela de Pieter for providing a delicious lunch that added to the day's festivities.Murcia Services operates on all of the Region of Murcia's main golf resorts and urbanisations, has a long history of giving back to the community.
Just a few months ago, they organised an Easter egg hunt for families, and when they were left with 31 chocolate eggs and bunnies, they didn't let them go to waste. Instead, they drove down to Cartagena and donated the treats to the local children's orphanage, bringing joy to the 30 children who call it home.However, Murcia Services' commitment to charity is just one aspect of their thriving business.
