ARCHIVED - Saturday 29th February Colour fun run in Cieza over 3.5km
Covering a distance of 3,500 metres
On Saturday 29th February Cieza hosts a colour fun run which co-incides with Carnival and the beginning of La Floración in the municipality.
The race begins at 12:30 from the Molino de Teodoro alongside the river and concludes in the Campo de Futbol “La Era”, with a maximum of one and a half hours allowed in which to complete the course which is 3,500 metres.
Participants should expect to get covered in coloured paint and enjoy themselves in the colour fun run party which follow the race.

Cost for all those aged 6 and over is 10€ and members of the regional athletics federation receive a 1 euro discount.
Children under 6 pay 5 euros.
This is a fun run, so there are prizes for various achievements including largest group of runners, best fancy dress costume etc, and as this is a colour run in which contestants will complete the course covered in coloured paints, participants are asked to either wear white or fancy dress.
The registration includes a t-shirt for adults and goodie bag which has coloured paints for throwing, water etc as well as colour party after the run.
