Now that the rain has receded, municipal services, supported by the local agricultural community, are ready to hit the streets en masse, loaded with disinfectant.
Although disinfection has been undertaken in the old quarter already, the integration of more vehicles into the initiative will enable the town hall to undertake a more generalised disinfection of the streets of the old quarter and main shopping streets most frequently transited by pedestrians making purchases from shops in the town.
Shops must close by 20:00 in the evening.
