Sign up for one of six special haute cuisine evenings at La Manga Club this year: Limited spaces available
Six guest chefs recognised by the Michelin Guide and Repsol will host exclusive dining experiences between March and November

A new series of fine dining events will bring some of Spain’s most celebrated chefs to La Manga Club this year, offering guests the chance to experience haute cuisine in a unique Mediterranean setting.
Starting in March and continuing until November, the resort will host six exclusive Fine Dining Evenings, each featuring a different guest chef recognised by the Michelin Guide or awarded Repsol Suns. The visiting chefs will take over the resort’s kitchens for one night, creating specially designed menus that showcase their distinctive culinary styles.
La Manga Club explained, “Throughout the year, the resort will host six unique dinners, featuring chefs distinguished by the Michelin Guide and Repsol Suns, who will bring their gastronomic universe to La Manga Club through menus specially designed for the occasion.
“Each evening will be an opportunity to discover new interpretations of haute cuisine, where technique, produce and creativity come together in an incomparable setting between the Mediterranean, the golf courses and the natural surroundings of the Calblanque Regional Park.”
The first of the events will take place on Thursday March 12 at 8.30pm and will feature María Gómez, the chef behind Magoga, a restaurant in Cartagena awarded one Michelin star and two Repsol Suns.
The evening will begin with a welcome cocktail at The Last Green, followed by a nine-course tasting menu accompanied by drinks and a carefully selected wine pairing. The price for the experience is €150 per person.
Guests attending will have the opportunity to experience María Gómez’s creative cuisine, known for its strong connection to local produce and the surrounding territory, in an evening designed to surprise and delight food lovers.
Five further events are scheduled later in the year, each led by a different acclaimed chef:
- March 12 – Magoga Chef María Gómez. 1 Michelin Star · 2 Repsol Suns
- April 10 – Reina XIV Chef Bora Aldea. Michelin Guide Recommended · 1 Repsol Sun
- May 15 – Taller Arzuaga Chef Sara Ferreres. 1 Michelin Star · 1 Michelin Green Star
- September 25 – El Cigarral del Ángel Chef Iván Cerdeño. 2 Michelin Stars
- October 16 – Por Herencia Chef Miguel Hernández. Recommended by the Michelin Guide · 1 Repsol Sun
- November 5 – Almo Chef Juan Guillamón. 1 Michelin Star · 2 Repsol Suns
