Menu
The menu changes regularly to be able to continue to offer new and exciting experiences to diners, but always boasts a selection of dishes crafted from the finest locally sourced ingredients, including land and sea products as well as freshly grown vegetables.
La Solana prides itself on introducing new and innovative dishes, using exclusive products such as 100% extra virgin olive oil while minimising the use of salt. Cooking techniques like vacuum cooking and low-temperature steaming are employed to enhance the natural properties of the food.
